After receiving an AB in politics at Princeton, Hayden started her career at McKinsey and Company as a business analyst, where she fell in love with tech. Jon Batiste is a seven-time Grammy Award-winning and Academy Award-winning singer, songwriter and composer.
Batiste released his eighth studio album, Beethoven Blues (Batiste Piano Series, Vol. 1), in November 2024 via Verve Records / Interscope. Chief Product Officer
As Zoom’s Chief Product Officer, Smita is responsible for leading Zoom’s product management. She is an industry veteran with 20+ years of product management experience across Google and Microsoft. Her product experience spans leading delivery of television over IP networks at Microsoft, leading and scaling Google Meet, and more recently managing real-time communications platform and products at Microsoft Teams. Beyond video, Smita has led Google Voice (Phone), Google Calendar and Tasks, Google Adwords product suite for local advertisers, and Google Chromebooks device portfolio and ecosystems.
Smita grew up in India where she received her B.Tech in Electrical Engineering at IIT Kanpur. She received her masters from Princeton University in EECS and a Ph.D. from UC Santa Barbara focused on image and video compression.

Katelyn Watson leads all initiatives that drive growth through marketing as CMO at Talkspace. She brings a wealth of experience driving measurable and efficient growth in innovative, high growth consumer focused companies. Her experience spans digital healthcare, hospitality, and ecommerce. At Talkspace Katelyn has driven a full - scale turnaround, reshaping the brand and driving efficient member growth, leading to a first profitable year for Talkspace in 2024 as a public company.
Prior to Talkspace, Katelyn was CMO at telehealth company Nurx, which launched and scaled a subscription base for a substantial and growing portion of its more than one million patients and was acquired and is now part of Thirty Madison. Prior to Nurx, Katelyn led marketing at digital fintech company Kabbage, acquired by American Express, was vice president of marketing at IfOnly, an innovative “experiences marketplace” acquired by Mastercard, and served as Digital Marketing and Acquisition Director for e - commerce photography pio neer, Shutterfly.
In 2024 Katelyn was named one of Forbes top 50 most Entrepreneurial CMOs. Katelyn earned a B.B.A degree in marketing from the University of North Texas.

Sal Khan is the CEO and cofounder of Schoolhouse.world, a nonprofit on a mission to connect the world through learning. Schoolhouse offers live peer - to - peer tutoring via Zoom – completely for free – thanks to its trained volunteer tutors from across the globe. The platform hosts SAT Bootcamps, academic support, and a new Dialogues program, where students engage in respectful one - on - one Zoom discussions on contentious topics with peers who hold opposing views.
Students often come for the free tutoring and stay for the human connection that helps empower and motivate them. Today Schoolhouse is proud to foster a safe, vibrant community of more than 18,000 volunteer tutors and 140,000 learners from across over 180 countries.
In addition to Schoolhouse, Sal founded or co - founded three additional education - focused nonprofits: Khan Academy, his first nonprofit, offers free interactive exercises, AI support, and teacher and administrator tools across subjects like math, science, writing, and SAT prep. Khan Lab School, an experimental school in California based on the ideas in his first book, The One World Schoolhouse. Khan World School, an online school for grades 6 – 12 that brings together students from around the globe.

Prior to Magento, Aparna was the VP, General Counsel for Nimble Storage (NYSE: NMBL); she was instrumental in Nimble’s initial public offering in 2013. Later, she led Nimble’s sale to Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2017. Previously, Aparna led the legal and corporate development functions for Inphi Corp (NYSE: IPHI). Bawa began her career as a corporate and securities attorney for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. She was also an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank, where she executed multiple IPO and M&A transactions for technology clients.
